First, We recruit year-round. And we don't do formal rush. Joining a fraternity is a choice, and is to be done when you are ready to take the leap.
Second. And long-story short, we're looking for the best of the best. If you consider yourself to be an innovator, a creator, a fire-starter, an enthusiastic learner, worker or contributor, you're probably cut out for the job. And if you yearn to be one of those things, we can help.
We're in the midst of a movement. And truth is, we need you to help make this happen. One, two, ten years from now, when someone asks you, "what is the best decision you have ever made?", what will you say? Can you do that now? Have you gained absolutely all the experience necessary to give you the confidence to be the best? Regardless of where you wind up after graduation?
Truth is that leadership skills don't blossom overnight. And they sure as heck don't pop out of thin air. They need to be honed, crafted, and experienced. And, once those steps have been completed, passed on to the next: something we call paying it forward.
